Welcome to Walking Pi! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, store, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), operated by Walking Pi (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Our Services are powered by Shopify Inc., which provides us with the e-commerce platform to sell our products to you.
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility & Account Use
By using our Services, you affirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have the consent of a legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or making a purchase. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Product Information
We make every effort to display product information accurately, including colors and descriptions. However, we cannot guarantee your screen’s display accurately reflects product colors. All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

3. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason. Order acceptance occurs only when we confirm it via email and process your payment. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we may not be able to modify or cancel it afterward.
Your purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. By purchasing, you agree that the products are for personal use only and not for resale.

4. Pricing & Payments
Prices are subject to change without notice. Posted prices exclude applicable taxes, shipping, and duties. You agree to provide valid and updated payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for the full amount, including taxes and shipping.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors even after an order is placed and confirmed.

5. Shipping & Risk of Loss
Shipping estimates are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or factors beyond our control.

6. Intellectual Property
All content and materials available through the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product images, videos, and designs, are the property of Walking Pi or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Unauthorized use of our trademarks, content, or Services is prohibited.

We may provide access to third-party tools “as is” without warranties. Use these tools at your own discretion and review the applicable third-party terms.
Future Services may include new tools or features subject to these Terms.

9. Relationship with Shopify
Walking Pi uses Shopify to provide the e-commerce platform, but all purchases are made directly with us. Shopify is not responsible for your transactions. By using our Services, you release Shopify from liability related to your purchases with Walking Pi.

Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, and in some cases, Shopify’s Privacy Policy. Your use of the Services signifies your consent to these practices.

11. Feedback

Failure to enforce any part of these Terms is not a waiver. These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any additional policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and us.

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or delegate our rights without restriction.

21. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Walking Pi is headquartered. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts located in that jurisdiction.

Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated as required by law. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
