At Walking Pi, we stand behind the quality of our products. If something doesn’t work out, we’re here to help make it right.
🕒 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible:
* Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed
* Tags must be attached
* Items must be in their original packaging
* A receipt or proof of purchase is required
📦 How to Start a Return
1. Email us at support@walkingpi.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. If your return is approved, we’ll send:
* A prepaid return shipping label
* Simple instructions for sending your item back
⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
❗️Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@walkingpi.com. We’ll take care of it promptly.
🔁 Exchanges
Need a different size or style?
The fastest way is to return the item and place a new order after your return is accepted.
💳 Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
If approved:
* A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
* Processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider
📩 If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at support@walkingpi.com.
