Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed, with all original tags attached and returned in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. If these conditions are met, items may generally be returned within 30 days of delivery (final sale items excluded). Please review our Return Policy for details.

The design leaves room for natural foot splay and healthy foot development. Most kids take their usual size; consider half-size up for wider feet or thick socks.

Yes—we use a fluorine-free waterproof membrane plus sealed construction to keep feet dry in puddles and rain.

Lightweight EVA midsole for all-day comfort and a grippy rubber outsole for traction on wet and dry surfaces.

Our limited warranty covers manufacturing defects within the practical product lifespan. Wear & tear or misuse are not covered. Contact support@walkingpi.com for assistance.
